We offer a 30 day return period from the date your order is delivered.

If you would like to request a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order through our Contact Us page.

ELIGIBILITY SECTION

Eligibility For Returns

To be eligible for a return, products should:

  • be unused or only reasonably handled for inspection
  • be returned with original packaging where possible
  • not be excessively used or damaged after delivery

As many of our rituals are personal care products, certain opened or heavily used items may not be eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons unless faulty or damaged.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

HANDMADE VARIATIONS SECTION

Handmade & Artisan Variations

Every Moroccan Rituals creation is handcrafted in smaller artisan batches using traditional Moroccan methods.

Due to the handmade nature of our rituals, slight variations in texture, colour, scent and finish may naturally occur. These beautiful differences are a reflection of authentic craftsmanship, natural ingredients and the human touch behind every creation rather than product faults.

No two artisan creations are ever exactly alike.

The richness of texture, the depth of colour and the earthy aromas of our rituals are all part of the beauty and authenticity of artisan craftsmanship inspired by generations of Moroccan self care traditions.

  • your order number
  • the item(s) you wish to return
  • the reason for the return

Once reviewed, we will provide further return guidance and instructions where applicable.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 5–7 business days for processing
  • additional time depending on your bank or payment provider

If you feel another ritual may better suit your needs, we are happy to discuss exchange options where possible.

Our collections are designed to support different self care rituals inspired by the Moroccan hammam experience and we are always happy to help guide you towards the most suitable ritual for your needs.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Damaged, Faulty Or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page with:

  • your order number
  • photographs of the item and packaging
  • details of the issue

We will work quickly to resolve the matter through a replacement, exchange or refund where appropriate.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.

HYGIENE & PRODUCT SAFETY

Hygiene & Product Safety

To protect the safety, integrity and purity of our artisan rituals, we may be unable to accept returns on opened or used personal care products including black soap and exfoliating kessa gloves unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect.

This helps ensure every customer receives products that remain hygienic, carefully protected and untouched prior to use.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.

CANCELLATION RIGHTS

Cancellation Rights

Under UK consumer law, customers purchasing online generally have the right to cancel eligible orders within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

This right may not apply to certain sealed personal care products once opened due to hygiene reasons.
